Erdgeschoss, eigener separater Eingang eines Familien Stadthauses. Nähe Türkenschanzpark und AKH/Volksoper, 15min Tram bis Zentrum Schottentor. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet. Sie hat allerdings keinen Geschirrspüler und keinen Ofen, dafür gibt es eine Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Küche und ein kleines Badezimmer mit einer Dusche, ein für die Wohnungsgröße relativ großes Schlafzimmer mit einem schönen großen Kasten, und ein sehr angenehmes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Sofa, Fernsehen und Bücher-Regalen. Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer sind Verdunklungsvorhänge, d.h., man kann nachts gut schlafen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und friedich, wir haben uns bei der Einrichtung einige Mühe gegeben. Siehe Photos ... Die Toilette ist räumlich getrennt über einen kleinen Gang zu erreichen und zur ausschliesslichen Benutzung für die Wohnung. The apartment is situated in one of the most attractive areas of Vienna, in Gersthof in the 18th district in a renovated period building. The dormitory is equipped with a beautiful twin bed 1,80 x 2,00, cleaning service is available on request. We can organise a bicycle. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower a bedroom and a living with everything you need. There is no dishwasher, though and no oven but a microwave with grill. For a better nights sleep well equipped the apartment with darkening curtains in the sleeping room and in the living. The separate toilet is of your own private use only. See pictures ... The WC is separated by a small hallway/corridor and for private use only. The AKH (Allgemeine Krankenhaus), the Volksoper and the Medizinische Universität are within 10 minutes of distance by tram, Tram line 40 around the corner, tram 41er, Bus 10A, and S-Bahn Train S45 in a few minutes of walking distance. The beautiful park "Türkenschanzpark" and the cosy Gersthofer Platzl as well as the Shopping Street Währinger Strasse are within walking distance as well, the picturesque Kutschkermarkt with the well knwon Café Himmelblau and a street market near by.
